Mr. Hasan Ali Khan, CEO & Chairman of CBL is also the chairman of Pak-Arab Refinery Ltd. PARCO is a Joint Venture between Government of Pakistan and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and OMV of Austria, through Abu Dhabi Petroleum Investment Company L.L.C. (ADPI). PARCO is an integrated energy company, and is a key player in the country's strategic oil supply and logistics. With a refining capacity of 100,000 BPD, combined storage capacity of over one million metric tons, a marketing joint venture with TOTAL, a technical support venture with OMV (Austria), PARCO has emerged as the strategic fuel supplier to the country with a broad portfolio of operational ventures. The organization encompasses Pakistan's largest refinery and 2000 km of cross country pipeline network, including its subsidiary PAPCO.


Mr. Hasan Ali Khan, CEO & Chairman of CBL is also the chairman of PAPCO. PAPCO plays a pivotal role in the High Speed Diesel (HSD) supply chain in Pakistan, providing the strategic infrastructure to the transport HSD from Karachi to Shikarpur & Mahmoodkot.PAPCO was commissioned in March 2005, comprising of 817 km 26" diameter cross-country pipeline, storage tanks, pumps and other allied facilities. The company has streamlined the supplies of HSD and has eliminated about 4000 road tankers, previously deployed for transporting HSD from Karachi to upcountry. The present transportation capacity of the system is 8.5 million tons per year.


HAMID FLOUR MILLS LIMITED is owned by Mr. Hasan Ali Khan and his family and the directors common with CBL are Mr. Hasan Ali Khan, Mrs. Sherood Hasan Ali Khan and Mr. Hamid Ali Khan. It was established in the year 1970 at Sindh Industrial Trading Estate, Sukkur and produces high quality Maida, Atta and Bran. The flour producing plant and machinery has been imported from Buhler of Switzerland and has a production capacity of 130 tons per 24 hours.
Maida is mainly provided to CBL and the local consumers, Atta and Bran are supplied only to local consumers. The Maida and Atta produced by Hamid Flour Mills Ltd are registered under the brand name SHAHBAZ and 555 respectively, with the trade mark office.
