Management Team

Our company is managed by the Board of Directors and the Corporate Executive Committee.

The Board is comprised of executive and non-executive directors from CBL and Mondelez, who are responsible for our corporate governance and ultimately accountable for the company strategy, objectives and performance.

The Company Chairman of the Board and Managing Director is responsible for the management of the business and is assisted by the Corporate Executive Committee. Each member of the executive committee is responsible for a specific part of the business as well as the overall organizational performance..
